Porn passed over as Web users become social

A researcher from a leading research organisation after analysing web searches of over 10 milliom web users has come to the conclusion that pornography which has till now been the most sought after search term on the Internet is falling and in fact being replaced by social networking sites which people are using to communicate with each other. Pornography which used to constitute 20% of all search terms a decade ago has now fallen to 10%. He adds that this phenomenon is clearly on account of the increased popularity of social networking sites which is frequented by the same age group 18-24 which is likely to search for pornography.
