2005,Karl Fogel

Further, the book is an invaluable source of information for the researcher who would like to acquaint herself with the organization sociology and institutional architecture of a typical OSS project. The concluding chapter on Licenses, Copyrights and Patents is an excellent introduction of complex legal concepts to a technical audience.
